– Track Brewing Co Tap Takeover – 8th to 13th October

One of the greatest heroes of lockdown, TRACK BREWERY, join us IRL on the taps at Port Street for our first Track event in absolute donkeys.
I’m guessing everybody reading this got a Track delivery at some point since lockdown started. If not, then I definitely made up for it. The guys at Track mobilised with verve and have been totally killing it on the beer front these past six months.
We are excited to present a range of their freshest and best ON TAP…and this is a biggie because Track haven’t been filling kegs for MONTHS.
KEG
SONOMA 3.8% pale ale
Sonoma is a juicy, bright, dry pale. Hopped extensively with Centennial, Citra and Mosaic hops at flame out & dry hop. Designed to be a taste of sunshine with late citrus fruit aroma and finish.
RIDDLE ME THIS Lime Sour 2.8% collab w/ Naparbier
Designed to play with the big boys, this little like sour punches way above it’s weight but drinks super clean & easy. A tart, zesty little number full of pithy lime & accented by sweetness from the base. Think supercharged lime jelly babies & tangfastics.
SUNNY SIDE UP IPA 6.5% w/ Strata, Idaho 7 & El Dorado
A light, bright burst of sunshine as autumnal clouds start rolling in. This is a smile-inducing 6.5% IPA cranked up with a whopping hit of Strata, Idaho 7 & El Dorado. Zippy orange, peach Melba & apricot jam take the lead on the flavour front whilst the soft bitterness takes care of you at the finish.
EXIT MUSIC DIPA 8% Simcoe & Mosaic
A straight up muscle contest with Simcoe & Mosaic locked in an unyielding grapple with one another. Bursting with pineapple, guava & mandarin this is a triumph of simplicity with 2 classic juicy hops as the main affair boosted by a super clean, easy drinking base. Buckle up & sit tight for the ride!
WEIGHT OF THE PLANETS Gold Top DIPA 8.5% w/ Rakau & Nelson Sauvin
This is the second iteration in our Gold Top DIPA quest, designed to bring more sumptuousness & highlight our favourite hop characters. The grist, which includes body-boosting wheat & rolled oats, is mashed at a relatively high temperature leaving behind some non-fermentable sugars which has the effect of increasing the final gravity significantly which, alongside lactose added at the end of the boil, leads to a smooth & super velvety mouthfeel. This sweetness & body brings out the pineapple, guava & mandarin character from Clayton’s wonderful Rakau & Nelson Sauvin hops. Subtle white wine & gooseberry notes lead out to a smooth, luxurious finish.
BLUZON Imperial Gose 10% w/ Blackberry, Blueberry & Raspberry
A twist on our Uzon recipe. Absolutely jam packed with Blueberries, Blackberries & Raspberries and with the added additions of Vanilla & Milk Sugar to balance out that beautiful tartness. This behemoth clocks in at 10% but drinks like an autumnal dream.
LUNA Pilsner 5% Organic Nelson Sauvin & Hallertau Blanc
We utilised traditional & contemporary methods with this beer, acidifying the mash with our house acid culture to add a deeper level of complexity & recapturing CO2 to create a natural soft carbonation. We used Organic Malts & Hopped it with a combination of Organic Nelson Sauvin & Hallertau Blanc, to give a lingering, pleasant bitterness. This baby has lagered away for 6 weeks and is now ready for release! This has really become a beer that we’re very proud of – a delicate, crisp, refreshing thirst quencher.
INBETWEEN DAYS pale ale 4.9% w/ Mosaic & BRU-1
Using Extra Pale malt as a base, we’ve carefully layered malted wheat & jumbo oats for a fuller, smooth body as well as a tickle of Vienna malt which at a low percentage & with the Citra & Mosaic whirlpool addition gives a slightly sweet orange character which works wonderfully with the dry hop of Mosaic & Bru-1
CASK
SONOMA 3.8% pale ale
Sonoma is a juicy, bright, dry pale. Hopped extensively with Centennial, Citra and Mosaic hops at flame out & dry hop. Designed to be a taste of sunshine with late citrus fruit aroma and finish.

– DEYA TAP TAKEOVER – Extended to Wednesday 30th September

Port Street Beer House
Free entry

*Due to popular demand, our DEYA tap takeover has been extended until Wednesday 30th September*

Oh lordy lord. Colour us excited for this one. The juiciest, freshest output on tap (AND CANS) from Cheltenham diamond farmers, DEYA.

About Deya:

Theo founded DEYA in 2015 having become obsessed with American beer and beer culture. Through home brewing and some work experience at local breweries, Theo pursued a career as a brewer starting with a Masters of Brewing and Distilling at Heriot-Watt (2014). Having completed his degree and internships at Odell Brewery (Colorado) and Cotswold Brewery, Theo began building the recipe for Steady Rolling Man on a homebrew scale. Theo brewed the first versions of SRM on a local 4bbl commercial system.

Now regarded as one of the UK’s best breweries, we’re proud to be welcoming DEYA to Port Street for a weekend of their tastiest drops.

Our line-up is as follows…

KEG

Steady Rolling Man Pale Ale 5.2%
Steady Rolling Man. Our pale ale. Inspired by the ridiculously tasty hoppy beers we fell for, we got brewing our own versions, over and over again, while listening to the blues greats. The heady concoction of old-time blues records and juicy American hops transfixed us from the start and the rolling man was born in these sessions! Incredibly soft and delicate with intense tropical fruit hop aromatics and saturation, this is our vision of the perfect pale ale.
Something Good 8 IPA 6.2%
Something Good 8 6.2% is the 8th iteration of our Something Good series. For this beer we have switched up the soft, juicy profile of our usual IPA’s for a lean and clean experience! Something Good 8 has flaked rice in the grist, uses a West Coast ale yeast and is dry hopped with Chinook, Simcoe and Enigma.  You can expect plenty of citrus and pine flavour!
Into the Haze IPA 6.2%
Into the Haze, our IPA. Soft, juicy, citrus and tropical fruit laden IPA in our house style. This beer has clean malt structure, peachy yeast esters, and the saturated presence of Citra and Simcoe. Refreshing, clean and beautiful to drink!
Lost In The If Table Beer 3.5%
Lost In The If is a lightweight pale ale with Simcoe, Enigma and Vic Secret hops! A bright, clean, crisp yet juicy Table Beer. Sometimes less is more…
Cast Aspersions IPA 6.5%
Soft, juicy IPA dry hopped with Azacca, Bru-1, Citra Cryo and Ekuanot Cryo. Sweet and creamy pineapple, orange, dank vibes!

CANS
